Aquarium fish
There are many varieties of aquarium fish. Specific types of fish are
chosen for their beauty and their proven heartiness. You will need to
decide on a category of fish, such as Freshwater fish, Saltwater and
marine fish or Brackish fish. Brackish fish are those that are naturally
found in water where saltwater and freshwater meet. They can withstand
a variety of water conditions.
If you’re in the market for aquarium fish, consider these popular
categories: tetra neon, tiger barb, zebra fish, guppy fish, goldfish,
and angelfish. These are the breeds most often chosen to fill an aquarium.
These fish double as living abstract art. Their bright or unusual colors
and the movement of their fins is an exhibit in itself.
Another option for aquarium fish is sharks. Small sharks are well-suited
for home set-ups. Some good examples of these small sharks are white
tip shark catfish, rainbow shark, ret tail shark and the bala shark.
These sharks add an element of drama to an aquarium as their elongated
bodies sleekly slice through the water. Be sure to research the compatibility
of your aquarium inhabitants before you introduce the aquarium fish
to each another.
